Q: When I go to start Chapter 21 by talking to the Weapons Master, he seems to be sleeping and I cannot progress to the next level. What happened?

A: There is a bug where you try to talk to the WeaponsMaster and he appears to be sleeping. Unfortunately, at this time, the only way around this is to create a new profile and restart the game.

In order to avoid this from happening again, do not talk to General Robot after completing Chapter 20 (Quicksilver Vault). If you go straight to the Weapons Master (without first talking to General Robot), you will be able to launch Chapter 21 and complete the game.

If you have any questions about this issue, you can contact Customer Service at skylandersweaponmasterfix@activision.com

Q: How do I stop losing collected items whenever I remove my Skylander Champion from the Portal?

A: Try waiting a few moments before you move your Skylander Champion from the Portal.  The game does not save to your Champion constantly so removing it from the portal before a save happens may cause you to lose what you have collected.

Q: Why is my Elemental Strength higher/lower when I play on my friend’s console?

A: You gain a bonus to your elemental stats when a new Skylander Champion is added to your Collection.  This information is saved on your console and you will see those stats when you play.  If you are playing on a friend's console and that friend has a different amount of Skylander Champions collected, the stats will be different than the stats you have on your console.

Q: If my friend changes the Ownership to his console do I lose the Skylander Champion from my collection?

A: No, once you take ownership of a Skylander Champion, the character's information remains in your collection as well as the Heroic challenge associated with it even if ownership is changed.

Q: Why am I unable to add a Skylander Champion and the Heroic Challenge to my collection?

A: You won’t get the Heroic Challenge and the Champion added to your collection until you take ownership of the Skylander. You can take Ownership of the Skylander in the Manage tab of the Skylander Info page. Get there by pressing the – button on the Wii, the Select button on the PS3 and the Back button on the Xbox 360.

Q: If I play Co-Op on a friend’s console will I have those levels open on my console the next time I play?

A: The levels and progression content are saved on the console where they were played.  If you played Co-Op on your friend's console, you will not have those levels opened on your console.

Q: I equipped a hat on my Champion using my console and took him to my friend’s console. When I changed hats, why couldn’t I select the hat I previously was wearing anymore?

A: Any hat you collect is saved to the console. However, any hat equipped to a Skylander Champion will remain equipped even if used on a console that does not have that particular hat.  Changing or removing this hat will lose it until you play on a console that has collected that hat.

Q: I broke a figurine or my Portal
